The 40km Greenway provides a safe, clean, and enjoyable place for non-motorised users of all abilities and ages to visit and use.
There are five sections to the Limerick Greenway:
- Rathkeale to Ardagh (10km): has car parking facilities by the Irish Palatine Museum.
- Ardagh to Newcastle West (4km),
- Newcastle West to Barnagh (10km), Closed
- Barnagh to Templeglantine (4km), Closed
- Templeglantine to Abbeyfeale to the Kerry border (9km to Abbeyfeale & 3km to Kerry border).
The Ballyhoura Way
It is 89 kilometers long and begins at St John's Bridge, near Kanturk. About 40 minutes driving from the hotel.
